AboutFAQ
As local as the season allows. Produce comes from growers around the valley, and we work with nearby bakers and makers for the rest. When something's out of season here, we change the menu instead of trucking it in.
Order from the site or the app and grab it without waiting. Want to build it in person? The kiosks are right inside.
Most bowls are gluten-free or get there with an easy swap. We can't promise a fully gluten-free kitchen, so if your reaction is serious, talk to us first.
No seed oils. We cook and dress everything with olive and avocado oil. If you came here to avoid canola, you can relax.
Plenty of the menu is already plant-based, and most of the rest can be. Tell the kiosk or tell us, and we'll keep it that way down to the dressing.
Mix and match.
We wont be offended.
